Blank Space (Cover) by Taylor Swift

My new theme song. My best friend Lacey loves this song and Taylor Swift, and I am obsessed with Postmodern Jukebox.

Song of the Day: Love me Harder (Cover) by Postmodern Jukebox

It's been a while since I have posted anything, so I apologize. But what a better way to make a comeback than with a Postmodern Jukebox tune:

Song of the Day: All of Me (Cover) by Scott Bradlee & the Postmodern Jukebox

I love John Legend's All of Me. It makes me comfortable and secure to know that someday someone will love all of my "curves and edges". Haha. This cover is so great and it features Kiah Victoria.

Two "Songs of the Day" for those I love.

Today's song of the day was so difficult to choose. My good friend Heather's funeral was this morning. Her family had this first song playing to start the mass, and all I could do was think about how wonderful this woman was and the amount of people she touched. I really took into account the incredible people who have come in and out of my life, and I am a pretty lucky girl:

The second song of the day is by one of my favorite bands, Scott Bradlee and the Postmodern Jukebox. Not only do I love this song by Sia, but the strings in the version brings it to another level. I have so many close friends, going through their own personal struggles right now i.e. long distance relationships, heartbreak, inability to fulfill their goals, family issues, etc. However whenever I hear this song, especially this version, I can just vision myself holding hands with each and every one of the them, and thinking we can take on this world and "live like tomorrow doesn't exist."

Hope everyone stays dry on this rainy Tuesday,
